As Fox News Channel signed in the year 1996 of October, few imagined a power it would turn out to be in just 15 years. When FNC made its first appearance, cable news was conquered by firmly recognized CNN. MSNBC also up started cable news channel at that time, but it had the resources of NBC behind it. The television networks, along with the big three of Tom Brokaw, Peter Jennings and Dan Rather, were still in full swing. The odds are not in favor of the FNC.
Within five years, however, FNC has surpassed cable rivals in the ratings. Now, 15 years after its launch, the FNC has more viewers during its primetime lineup of competitors CNN, MSNBC and HLN combined.

The tour started in Orlando, Fla., currently with a live transmit of Fox & Friends. Further stops include The O'Reilly Factor in Boston and Hannity in Atlanta. FNC is the news channel that has lots of spectators, as others like hate, although the channel has undoubtedly become a player in the world of broadcast news.
The White House journalists Association preceding year gave FNC a frontage row seat in the journalist’s room of the White House. When President Barack Obama gave an interview before the Super Bowl game to FNC's high-profile qualities Bill O'Reilly, it was obvious that the White House grudgingly acknowledged their happiness were served through playing ball with the FNC. So as to come after months through which presidential spokesperson FNC had mocked as "not a news organization" and "opinion journalism disguised as news." Even President Obama publicly FNC had marked as "ultimately destructive."
